Remembering Tom Hurndall
23 years ago today in Gaza, British photographer Tom Hurndall was shot in the head by an Israeli sniper while trying to protect Palestinian children.
He was left in a coma, turned 22 while in that coma and passed away on 13th January 2004.
Humanity will never forget him.
Thanks to Qureshi, some of us keep remembering and keep the struggle on.
I remember this. I wasn’t there, but the footage is seared on my memory.
